... knowne unto all Christian people ...ore whome this p[re]sent writting Shall Come that att A meetting holden att Cottered in the Countey of Hertford on this Teenth day of the Eight month in Latin Called October Anno Dom[i]ni 1686 George Robines of Sandon in the Countey of Hertford aforesaid yeoman did take to wife Elizabeth Exton of the same Towne & Countey Spinster And att the same Meetting the said Elizabeth Exton did take the aforesaid George Robines to be her husband vntill death doe them part in the p[re]sents & sight of the said Meetting & Assembley of people then & thear p[re]sent And allsoe in the p[re]sents of us whose names are hearvnto subscribed And for the Confirmation of the said marieage the Said George Robines & Elizabeth Exton haue putt theire hands the day & yeare Aboue written George Robins Eliza Exton Witnneses hearof
