This is my last Will and Testament of me Thomas Williams of Number twenty eight West Street Prospect Place Cambridge Heath in the Parish of Saint Mathew Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex Sworn Deputy Corn Meter of the City of London I hereby give devise and bequeath all my household furniture plate china glass wearing apparall linen and other household effects belonging to me at the time of my decease to my son Benjamin Williams for his sole use and benefit absolutely Also all leases monies stocks funds or securities which may be standing in my name or which I may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease payable at the Corporation of the City of London to me as a Sworn Deputy Corn Meter that after paying all my lawfull debts funerall expences shall in equell shares with his brother Thomas Williams himself Benjamin Williams and his brother Walter Williams and his sister Jane Elizabeth Williams devide the said residue after havin ten pounds for his services as executor and I also appoint my son Benamin Williams sole Executor of this my last Will In witness thereof I have thereto set my hand this seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight - Thomas Williams - Signed and declared by the said Thomas Williams the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnessed - Thomas Goldsmith 13 West Street Cambridge Heath - John Beekham 25 West St Cambridge Heath Proved at London 14th February 1880 by the oath of Benjamin Williams the Son the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted.
