I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my property both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife ALICE MAUD WILLIAMS absolutely. 3. PROVIDED ALWAYS that if my wife the said Alice Maud Williams shall fail to survive me then I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my property as aforesaid to such of my daughters Susan Minnie Williams and VIOLET ALICE WILLIAMS as shall survive me in equal shares if more than one absolutely. 4. I DECLARE that my Trustees may instead of acting personally employ and pay a Solicitor or other person to transact any business or do any act required to be done in connection with the administration of my estate or the trusts hereby declared including the receipt and payment of money and that any executor or trustee being a Solicitor or other person engaged in any profession or business may be so employed and shall be entitled to charge and be paid all professional or other charges for any business or act done by him or his firm in connection with the trusts hereof including any act which is an executor or trustee not being a Solicitor or other person engaged as aforesaid could have done personally IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Seventh day of March One thousand nine hundred and fifty seven. In the High Court of Justice The Principal Probate Registry BE IT KNOWN that RICHARD WILLIAMS of 17 Howson Road Brockley London died on the 26th day of January 1961 at St Alfeges Hospital Greenwich London AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of JJustice and that Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to ROBERT FREDERICK BORER MARSHALL of 58 Borough High Street Southwark London Solicitor and SUSAN MINNIE WILLIAMS of 17 Howson Road aforesaid spinster daughter of deceased the executors named in the said will And it is hereby certified that an Inland Revenue affidavit has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £2002 . 10 . 4 and that the net value of the estate amounts to £ 1956 . 6 . 10 Dated the 12th day of April 1961 C H Parkes (?)
