23 This is the last Will and Testament of me ERNEST PHILLIPS of 69 Oak Tree Gardens Bromley in the County of Kent which I make this Ninth day of March One thousand nine hundred and sixty HEREBY REVOKING all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my wife NELLIE PHILLIPS all my property whatsoever and wheresoever including any property of which I am tenant in tail in possession at the time of my death or over which I have any power of appointment for any interest whatsoever (hereinafter called my said estate) for her absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said Wife to be my Executrix In the event of my said Wife predeceasing me I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my son ARTHUR ERNEST THOMAS PHILLIPS my said estate for his absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said son to be my Executor IN WITNESS whereof I the said ERNEST PHILLIPS have to this my Will set my hand the day and year first above written SIGNED by the above-named Testator as and for his last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses: E.
