In The name of God Amen I Robert Hand the Elder of Claxton al's Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Labourer being Mind full of my Mortality do make & ordain this my last will and Testament in manner Following Impr'is I Give and bequeath unto my son Robert one Shilling Allsoe I Give Devise and Bequeath All that my Little Messuage with the app'ts scituate & being ^in^ Claxton al's Long Clawson afores'd where in I now dwell Together with the yard and Orchard and all the Buildings and Hereditam'ts to the same belonging unto my youngest Son John Hand and to his heirs and assigns for ever he thereout paying unto my onely Daughter Alice the sum[m]e of Ten pounds of good and lawfull money of Great Britain within six months after the decease of my wife. Allsoe I will that all my Just Debts and funeral Expences be duly paid and discharged out of my personal Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Allsoe all the rest of my goods Chattels rights Creddits & personal Estate whatsoever I Give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret & my s'd Son John whome I doe hereby make ordain Constitute & appoint Joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I doe hereby revoke all former wills & Testam.'ts whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made. In Wittnesse Whereof I the said Robert Hand the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the First day of June Annoq[ue] Dom 1719
