I Henry Barker of Westbury in the County of Wilts Innholder do hereby revoke all former wills by me made and do declare my last will and Testament to be as follows Im primis I give to my wife My Silver Tankard My little Bay Mare the Dressing Glass in the best Chamber and all the household Goods and Implements of household which was hers before our Intermarriage Item I give to my Son Henry My best Suit of Cloths Item to my Son in Law Patrick Mackey I give My best great Coat and green wastcoat with Silver Buttons and best wig Item to My Son in Law Richard Mattocks I give my Black Suit of Cloths and two pair of Buckskin Breeches Item to My Son in Law John Cockle I give my Silver watch Item all the rest and Residue of My Goods Chattles and Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give to Richard Cockle of Westbury aforesaid Clothier and Henry Blatch of the same parish Malster Upon this Special Trust and Confidence that they the said Richard Cockle and Henry Blatch and the Survivor of them and the Exec'rs & Adm'rs of such Survivor do with all Convenient Speed after My Decease sell and Dispose of the same for the Most Money that Can or May be gotten for the same and by and out of the produce thereof do and shall in the first place pay and Satisfie All my just Debts and as to the ~the~ Remainder of such produce from and after payment of My Debts and one Guinea apiece to them the said Richard Cockle and Henry Blatch (which I give them for their Trouble in the Execution of the Trust hereby in them reposed) In trust as to one Moyety or half part thereof to and for the Sole and Separate use of My Daughter Lilly exclusive of her Husband and wherewith he shall not in any wise intermeddle and to be payd into the proper hands of My said daughter or into the hands of such person or persons as she shall Appoint and My will is that her Receipt alone without her Husband shall be a Sufficient discharge to my said Trustees for the same And as to the other Moyety or half part of the said produce after payment of My debts and the said Guinea apiece to the said Richard Cockle and Henry Blatch In Trust for My daughter Mary ^to and for her sole and separate vse ^ exclusive of her Husband and wherewith he shall not in any wise intermeddle and to be payd into the proper hands of my said Daughter Mary or into the hands of such person or persons as she shall appoint and my will is that her Receipt alone without her Husband shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees for the same And lastly I do hereby Nominate Constitute & appoint them the said Richard Cockle and Henry Blatch Executors of this my will ^In trust as aforesaid^ In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twelfth Day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty five.
