The last Will of Mrs Ann Vie residing at No 15 Edward Street Cumerland [sic] Market London dated the second day of May in the year of our Lord 1842 ???ith that I am of sound mind and when the almighty God may please to call us from time to eternity I bequeath to my sister Mrs Mary Green residing at No 23 Upper Eaton Street Pimlico or in case of her death to her daughter Mrs Anne Grace all my Property should any article be considered valueless it may given [sic] to any deserving person As witness my hand & seal this day Ann Vie (LT) Witness James Marten William Bickford In the Goods of Ann Vie Widow deceased Appeared Personally James Martin of No 15 Edward Street Cumberland Market Regents Park in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and made oath that he is the drawer and Writer and also one of the subscribed witnesses to the last will and Testament of Ann Vie formerly of drapers place Burton Crescent but late of No 15 Edward Street Cumberland Market in the parish of Saint Marylebone in the County of Middlesex aforesaid Widow deceased bearing date the second day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty two now hereunto Annexed and that on the second day of May aforesaid the testatrix duly executed her said will by signing her name at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of William Bickford (the other subscribed witness thereto) both of whom were present at the same time and this deponent and the said William Bickford thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said testatrix and each other James Martin On the 9th day of June 1842 the said James Martin was duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit Before me I Addmans S??? Prest Wm Rothery Not Pubc On the 13th June 1842 Admon with the will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Ann Vie formerly of Drapers Place Burton Crescent but late of No 15 Edward Street Cumberland Market in the Parish of Saint Marylebone in the County of Middlesex Widow deceased was granted to Mary Green Widow the sister and the Universal Legatee named in the said will having been first sworn duly to Administer No Executor
